NOTE: Do not put the oil too hot or it will burn quickly.
1lb bowtie pasta
juice of 1 lemon
handful of parmesan cheese
salt to taste
Bring large post of water to a boil and add bowtie pasta and salt.
Cook HALF WAY
Drain.
Work in batches and transfer bowties into about 1/2 cup of hot vegtable oil.
When the edges get golden FLIP.
The process if very fast.
Do not put the oil too hot or it will burn too quickly.
