Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

BACON RANCH PASTA SALAD

  • 1 c real mayonaise
  • 3T Hidden Valley Ranch dry salad dressing mix – NOT dip
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 oz tri-colored pasta
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 3 – 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 dozen (or so) cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 10 – 12 sliced fried bacon, crumbled (or pkg bacon bits)
  • 3/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded (or your favorite)


Cook the pasta; drain, and put in refrigerator to cool.





I start by mixing the dressing (first 5 ingredients) so the flavors have time to combine.


I chop all of the veggies while the pasta cools.

I find it easiest to mix the veggies, bacon, and cheese to the pasta and then fold in the dressing.
