2/3 cup almond milk
1/2 organic rolled oats
1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt (non-fat)
1 pinch of cinnamon
Instruction:
1. The night before you plan to eat oats, mix togehter all ingredients and seal in airtight container.
2. refrigerate the mixture overnight (it is ready in 3 hours)
Can add a pinch of berries, brown sugar, honey, bannanas, etc.
