Sushi Rolls

Ingredients List:
  • 2 Cups short grain or medium grain rice
  • 1/4 Cup rice vinegar
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1 Package roasted seaweed sheets
  • 2 Carrots (whole)
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Avocado
  • Cream cheese (block form)
  • Soy sauce (for dipping)
  • Wasabi sauce (for use as a garnish

- Cook rice
- Combine Rice Vinegar, Sugar & Salt
- drizzle on rice and let stand for 5 minutes
- cut veggies into strips
- on mat place clear paper/wax paper
- lay seaweed and spread rice and press down
- flip so rice is on outside
- put veggies and roll
      - options: avocado, cucumber, Cream cheese, onion, minced garlic
      - options: onion, bell pepper


Dipping Sauce
 - mayo
 - ketchup
 - tabasco soy sauce
