Frosted Flake Chicken






BAKED CHICKEN WITH CORN FLAKES
1 med.-sized can evaporated milk or melted butter
1 med.-sized box corn flakes
Pieces of chicken, as desired

Remove skin from chicken. Dip chicken in evaporated milk or melted butter.
Then roll chicken in corn flakes, until well coated.
Place chicken in pan lined with tin foil and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
Chicken should have a brown crust on it.
