Punch Cake
GLAZE: 2 Cups Sugar,
1 Small Box Strawberry Jello,
6 TBSP Cornstarch,
6 Drops Red Food Coloring,
2 Cups Water.
Mix ingredients and boil 2-3 minutes.
Cool then mix with sliced strawberries.
CAKE: White Duncan Hines Cake Mix baked in a 13x9 pan. (use only egg white and add 1 tsp of almond extract to batter)
2 (3oz) boxes of instant vanilla pudding made as directed on package
2 pints of fresh strawberries, sliced
1 large cool whip
Crumble 1/2 of cake in large punch bowl.
Pour 1/2 of pudding over cake, then 1/2 of glazed strawberries. Spread 1/2 of cool whip over this. Repeat.
